What materials did you use? 100% Cotton Fat Quarters Gutterman 100% Cotton thread

What are you most proud of? Most proud of cutting and fitting all the triangles & diamonds. My ruler was different in that to achieve some of the 60 degree angles, I had to use the ruler on the reverse side. It all had to do with the placement of the 60 degree line.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use an OmniGrid 6" x 12" ruler.

Your really dark background makes those colors POP! Very pretty.

Thank you! This is my first red, white & black quilt and the Sampler quilts made last year, with a black background were so outstanding, I decided to try one. You're right, the dark background really effects how the other colors work
