I'm sorry I couldn't get the tutorial to come up, but this is so easy. All you need is a variety of red, white and blue scraps, cut them into squares (I used 5x5"). Then either use a wedge template, or make your own. Sew the wedges into strips, then sew the strips together. On the top and bottom rows, I just trimmed off the peaks to make a straight edge. To make a wedge template, take a 5" square, mark 1" from the edge on two corners, and draw a line from the mark to the opposite corner on the same side.
