What was your inspiration?
the theme of the party this cake was designed for.
What are you most proud of?
the tuffted billowing technique, this was my first attempt at this technique, it is very very time consumming, but the addition of the texture on the puffs give a nice fabric feel to the cake which is what i was aiming for and the customer was very please with it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
plan ahead, its not complicated just time consuming
