Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Entrelac Knitting »

Instructions

I learned a lot in Gwen Bortner's Entrelac knitting course, e.g. knitting and pearling front and back, so I didn't waste time turning my work. I also solidified my knowledge about left and right leaning decreases. She also gave good tips on weaving ends in as you go, and weaving loose threads in at the end.

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Clothing

For: Unisex

Style: Outdoorsy, Casual

Materials

I used wool from my stash: Green Cleckheton 100% wool and Sirdar Country Style double knitting (45% acrylic, 40% nylon 15% wool

What was your inspiration?

Gwen's designs are beautiful, and I like a challenge--with lots of support behind me!

What are you most proud of?

Working with my stash, and getting into the rhythm of entrelac.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Listen to Gwen--Don't worry!!! It will be alright!
