What advice would you give someone starting this project? The linked pattern is for two colors; I used three, and it made the piecing complicated enough so that I drew lots of colored diagrams to keep track of the pattern as I made the blocks. This is not a difficult quilt pattern, but it is important to take your time in the cutting and piecing so that all the lines meet correctly.

I love this pattern! I used this pattern for a wedding quilt too. You did a beautiful job!

I have been trying to find this block pattern and every link I try doesn't download. Can you tell me where you found the pattern???? Love your colors in your quilt.

Here is the pattern: http://tlc.howstuffworks.com/home/true-lovers-knot-quilt-block.htm. Unfortunately this doesn't include fabric requirements, so I had to Do Math to figure everything out.
