Wow - what a great quilt!! I love how you added the sun rays to the New York Beauty, and the extra little arcs in some of the setting blocks is a great design element. Also love that you added cutwork applique blocks in the corners, and such a unique border - everything really works together! All that blue solid fabric is going to show off your quilting really well, too.

Definitely not too busy! No way! And never too much blue either LOL. I think the mint green has a calming influence but sets the blue off beautifully... and the lime (?) corners are a good distraction, plus add zing to the blue. Every time I look at your quilt I see something new... I had completely missed the border before! Oh I so can't wait to see this quilted!!! Just LOVE it!
