Instructions

Use 16-18 inches of heavy/thick cable link chain

To twist the 18 gauge wire:
1. Bend the piece in half so they are even.
2. Twist up the ends and put them in a C-clamp, ring vice, or something else tight.
3. Insert the looped part in an electric screwdriver and twist until nice and tight.

What was your inspiration?

Another lariat I had made. I liked the look of the circle I had used, which was made up of twisted 18gauge wire. (You can see it here at: https://www.etsy.com/listing/105712615/black-tahitian-pearl-and-sterling-silver)

What are you most proud of?

The way a bunch of random loops came together to form something gorgeous. This was my first abstract piece ever!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't forget to make sure one side fits through the other!
