What was your inspiration?
Triangles! I designed this on Electric Quilt software. I like to play with 48 blocks of half-square triangles, flipping the diagonal in different ways to come up with different designs. In fact, I've come up with dozens of designs I'd like to make like this. The 48 blocks makes a simple enough project that I feel justified in using it for my charity quilts (where we are trying to produce quantity). Yet there is enough design involved that it satisfies my need for creativity.
The quilt top was donated to a church goup that finished the quilt for world relief purposes
