Update - I added a few inches to the collar recently. It's now 9" long. I find a big collar helps balance out my hips :)

I'm having trouble right from the start. Raglan Inc Row..... In the [..] twice. Will I be M1R at the first marker at the P2 at the beginning and end of row in order to have an 8 sts increase?

I understand the confusion. On the very first row, it seems awkward because you are only knitting one stitch before starting the [...] directions. At the opposite end you will finish with one stitch after the increase. On each increase row, the number of stitches before the marker will get larger. So, on the first increase row, there will be one stitch worked, on the next, two stitiches, etc. until all raglan increases have been worked. Let me know if this doesn't help. :)

Thank you for reply. That was exactly what I needed. I am now on Row 10 and it's working out beautifully.
