Various colours and types of glass,foil, came and all equipment required for a stained glass project.
What was your inspiration?
My niece recently purchased a new home and wanted me to make two transom windows for her living room windows. I drew up a pattern for her and she selected the glass to be used.
What are you most proud of?
The finished product is almost flawless. Extensive practice has definately paid off.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Stained glass projects of the larger type can be very time consuming. Just enjoy the process. The finished product is always worth the time spent. Always make sure that when you are grinding your glass, each piece fits like a glove with the glass pieces around it, otherwise the saulder will run through to the other side.
