the drawings/embroidery transform the bag from nice to very cute indeed, did you do them early on in the process or were you brave enough to do them at the last? I love to stamp and draw on material to make items unique and it can change a plainish material into something more desirable

I cut out the fabric first and added the embroidery before sewing the whole bag together. The bag was a birthday gift for a friend of my daughter (age 7).
