100% cotton both interior and exterior, brass hardware throughout, tassles, zippers, and embroidery machine. The interior fabric is fairies and the exterior is an eggplant color. Very rich and classy!
What was your inspiration?
This is a project that I made for a customer, she designed it & I made it. The tote measures
20" length x 16" height x 4" wide. It is really roomy with lots of pockets! The inside pocket is embroidered with the young ladies name on it.
The jewelry bag measures 12" in diameter and it is all the same fabric.
What are you most proud of?
All of it! Everything is new to me, so I am especially proud that I did not give up, especially when it came to the recessed zipper.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Plan...plan...plan... and don't give up! It is worth it when you see the end result.
