What was your inspiration?

Jenny from Quick Quilting showed how to make a purse/tote.

What are you most proud of?

I added interior pockets and two handles. One set of short handles for heavy totes and longer handles when you need to sling it over your shoulder. I think it turned out great!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I didn't quilt my own exterior fabric this time, but you could. I added interior pockets to the lining before I sewed it to the inside of the tote. Also added a cardboard bottom wrapped in a 'pillowcase' so you can remove it to wash the tote.
