Sharing this so that others may use my pattern. Using a wooden dowel or bailing pliers, I made a double loop, like you would for a split ring. I then gave that double loop loops to attach chain to.For the toggle, I bent wire to fit the loop side of the clasp with about 1/8 inch overhang on each side, which i curved inward. I also gave the toggle loops which chain could be attached to.
