Hexagon Sweater
Hexagon Sweater
Instructions
This was on YouTube but the lady was speaking in a language I do not know. She crocheted a Hexagon and then another one. She then joined them and folded the piece to make a sweater. Her hexagons had more holes like the traditional granny but I like it with less holes. So I crocheted mine with fewer holes.Finish the sweater with buttons, ties or like I did as a pullover.

Worsted weight yarn and a Size L, 8mm hook.
What was your inspiration?
My friend said he was going to have a new grandson.
What are you most proud of?
I used yarn I had on hand to crochet this sweater. It will fit the new baby next fall when it gets cold here.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Keep in mind that the sleeves and the body grow with every round of crochet you do on each half of the sweater. Use the same dye lots to make this sweater or make it stripes.
