Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I made a chocolate cake covered with blue buttercream for an evening sky. The top tier was red fondant covered vanilla buttercream cake. I made different city buildings the size of my bottom tier out of modeling chocolate, then back filled them with icing. The top tiers fondant was cut and backfilled with black to look like bricks. I made the turtle heads from modeling chocolate and covered them in fondant. The sewer lid and weapons for 50/50 gumpaste/fondant.
