What materials did you use? Wool Felt, Embroidery Floss, Batting, Beads, Ribbons, Buttons, Charms & Whatever else I could find. Printed pattern, Some pieces that were reused alot, I cut from plastic templet or cardstock. And I used a water erasable pen meant for quilting to draw patterns onto the felt.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? To gather your materials, your imagination and have fun. And I might suggest using wool blend felt. It's so much nicer to work with. Thicker, with more body than regular craft felt you get at the craft stores. I ordered mine from 'Wool Felt Central'. It's worth the extra $, It will last for many years.
