What was your inspiration?

I devised the "times two" reversible technique to intermix hand spun or hand dyed yarn, or even mixed dye lots, to get uniform thickness and color in a reversible scarf.

What are you most proud of?

The sequence of two rows is begun on alternating ends of the row in such a way that the yarn carried up the ends of the rows is distributed equally. This avoids the double bulky edge at just one end that results in the usual method of alternating yarns every other row.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The scarf is knitted side to side in rows equivalent to the length of the scarf. Matching cast on and bind off instructions are included.
