The pattern is in Tone Finannger's Sweet Home Collection book with 35 projects. You need the Tilda doll fabrics to make these look best. It is about $18.00 a yard on ebay not incl shipping. It comes from the UK and cannot be substituted. I tried wool and it was weird. It was okay but looks thick and like wool. Well hey, it should, right? Anyway, use good fabrics for all Tilda dolls. Tilda fabric is tan. Floss in beige, tap needle, sewing machine, TIlda pattern from her Sweet Home decor book, floral and striped fabrics for patches, face painting kit, brown paint for hooves and muzzle and a wooden stand and some time. Have fun!

The pattern in Tone Finannger's Home Decor book with 35 projects. I have made all the dolls and animals and now feel finished with it all. There are tons of other things to make but they don't inspire me like the Tilda dolls and animals did. All of them are here.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have the book and good fabric from the Tilda collection. It is $18.00 a yard so I did not buy much. Limits what one can make. It is on ebay for $4.50 for a FQ. I bought a yard and that was it. I made four items.
