What materials did you use? !00% cotton knit fabric, scraps of fabric for the applique, iron on interfacing for buttonholes, press stud thingo, Bondaweb stuff, buttons, my new twin needle, and about two tons of condensed milk to help me remain sane while sewing in sleeves!

What are you most proud of? myself hahahaha Yes my head is rather big, but hey, I just made something out of stretchy stuff, and I am still somewhat sane!! Besides, my Little Monkey loves it :) I think using buttons instead of ties on a piece of clothing that is made to be worm by an active curious toddler is the way to go.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you bought your machine last Sept, and you use it a few times a week, now is a good time to give it some TLC, Otherwise it will keep on snapping the thread, like mine did... And re-threading a twin needle is such a pain in one soft spot!! I think I have fallen in love with a twin needle! I have also discovered that interfacing is required for making buttonholes in stretch fabrics.
