What materials did you use? Mid-weight cream jersey 100% cotton, craft store textile paint in subdued green blend, and embroidery thread in pale green. Also a smattering of AC matte white bugle beads.

What are you most proud of? Relaxing and enjoying the time.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It's good to embellish an item that's a little smaller than our coat to start~ It took a long time to sponge on the textile paint, so I decided to purchase the spray kit; well worth the extra learning curve. It measures 50" long and 19 1/2" wide; embroidering the small shapes actually seem to take longer or is that my imagination?I haven't attached the ties and I almost want to lengthen it, so it's not done yet!

That's very pretty! I am really impressed by the quality of your stencil work (isn't this your first project??)!

Thank you! Yes, this is the first thing I've posted. I did make an embellished 'rooster' tee after the first book came out! I've been a fan ever since and this course has given me an extra push!

Yummy wrap is right. Color palette is cozy and sophisticated. Can't wait to see the final piece.
