What materials did you use? Japanese katagami fabric, leftovers from a "Japanese" quilt.

What are you most proud of? Joe used two fabrics in his example - I used scraps from another quilt - I wanted the quilt to have more colour than just two. I also inserted three solid blocks - the red one draws the eye.

Thanks for the comment, Rebecca. The quilt went very quickly - I was trying to position the colour elements into an overall "background" - and I think this arrangement kind of did that.

This is very nice. It is colorful, but subtle, and the scattered colors on the b/w ground keep the eye moving around it. The back is great, too! Good job!

The piecing is quite busy but grounded with the solid red block to centre attention.
