Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This cake fed 30 People. the layers are made with a simple from scratch white cake. I used the super yummy Swiss butter cream recipe for my filling and covering. I let the cake get super cold then I carved the basic shape of Thomas. His face is sculpted with rice crispy treats and gum paste fondant mixture.
