Jackie! I am so excited to present you with this idea! I am a first time volunteer for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, training for the Rocky Mountain Walk scheduled for the weekend of June 23 (2-day, 39 mi walk). I have been on the lookout for a pattern to knit something light and lacy in something with the bright pink that symoblizes the organization, and here it is....well, almost. Jackie -- could you make this pattern, turning the hearts upside down to represent boobies???? I would love to knit and wear it on my walk, even tho it will be hot in June, I don't care!!! This would be so beautiful and inspirational!!

To turn the hearts upside down, just do the heart panel at the beginning the scarf (i.e. the tail of the scarf you work after casting on), rather than waiting until the other end of the scarf with the bind off tail. Have fun on the walk!

No, I'm sorry the Thinking of You Scarf pattern is not free. We do make donations from the proceeds though. You can check the WomenHeart website to see if there is a local group in your area through which you can coordinate. If there is not, you can ask at the website about being put in touch with one near you. http://www.womenheart.org
