What was your inspiration?
using yellow black and white was a new idea for me. I live in Ecuador, South America but my kids and grandkids are back in the US. I so long to have them come for a visit. If they ever do, this quilt is ready for my granddaughter Emma to have on her bed. The blue one would be for Andrew to sleep under. I'll need to complete 2 more for my daughter's son and soon -to-be second child. I will be blessed with 4 grandchildren. I go back to the US about 2 times per year to get my grandbaby fixes!
What are you most proud of?
The way they look. The blue one is beautiful and the yellow one makes me feel joy every time I look at it! It looks terrific in my sewing workshop/guest room where the colors are all coordinated.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I'll see if I can find public directions for this quilt and post that if I find it.
