What materials did you use? This dress is made of voile, a soft plain weave fabric that has a sheer quality to it.

What are you most proud of? My mother came to visit while this first version of Tia was being born of my imagination. She saw the nearly finished dress on a mannequin every time she'd pass by, she'd say "That dress is SO cute!" We all know, Mom knows best!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take my class and you can make one too! It's called "Sewing Vintage: The Flirty Day Dress"
