Instructions

A beautiful, very "Morgana," Celtic-styled hooded mozzetta pattern is all in one piece and has a high ribbon-laced turtle-neck collar and a generous hood that sweeps the shoulders. It stays up on its own but for windy days you can use a hairpin to secure it without losing the silhouette.
