What are you most proud of? This is the first quilt I have made in two years, and from start to finish I completed it in 9 days. My other quilts have all taken me at least a few months! I was really excited to be back into quilting and just had a rush of design ideas so I worked into the early hours of the morning quite a few nights. Was well worth it when I see my daughter giggling as she matches her feet up with the princess'. Somehow they turned out the exact same size as hers :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I've found that if I try and do a satin stitch on a single piece of fabric, the fabric will often pucker and become a problem. If the piece that you are satin stitching is quite thick this isn't a problem at all.

This quilt is priceless for a little girl. Do you sell your patterns? I love this one.

Thank you, what a wonderful compliment. When I get some time I might try to convert it into a pattern. I'll keep you posted!

Do you have a pattern for this quilt?

So adorable!!!! My Dad used to call me the princess and the pea and I can still feel things under the mattress! I still have the book my parents bought me when young....many, many years ago. If you come up with a pattern, I'm there, too!
