Thanks! If you are not so fluent in modern quilting you can start with drawing the idea on a big sheet of paper and make templates for the pieces.

this is interesting and in my future, first must finish a lap quilt for my sister.. Just getting to feel comfortable with free motion thanks to the class I took at Craftsy

I used a walking foot for quilting. So yo could create an item not worring about free motion.
