What was your inspiration?

I wanted to give my skirts and dresses the kind of out-standing shape and form they deserve! It's a 2 layer petticoat that has five rows of netting ruffles held up by 4 rows of ruffled organza. The yoke is fitted with a back zipper. I rated it for difficulty only because sewing a zipper is more difficult that elastic, A fitted yoke means a smooth waistline under your clothing!
