What was your inspiration?
I was first of all inspired by the beautiful cigar label art! Then the shape of the Cigar Label itself. I wanted a wearable art project that was large enough to do the art work justice. That was the reason for the cuff. Finding the fun shiny vinyl in the fabric store was all it took! The trim and embellishments was the iceing on the cake for me. Love that part of createing.
What are you most proud of?
This was my very own design that evolved from not only my environment but things I was already involved in, such as sewing, collage work, rubber stamping, and embellishment. {an art in itself} I personally love this design!
