What was your inspiration?
The quilt was made for a challenge (Quiltkping 2012 in Lidkping, Sweden). We recieved 5 fabrics, a printed picture from J&B and a green embroidery thread. The challenge was to make a quilt 70X70 cm and only add one fabric of your own (I added the purple) and the theme was "The lost thread".
I had made a picture of a girl on paper, and thought I could use that. I wanted to make a sort of modern album quilt so I used a lot of different blocks, som of them wonky 'cause I like wonky.
What are you most proud of?
I won first price!!
