What does switch the yarn leads after row 32 mean?

Super bulky yarn is approximately 3 strands of worsted. You can use 2 balls of worsted to make the hat or 1 ball of super bulky. 2 balls of worsted is generally cheaper than 1 ball of super bulky so that's why it's an option. To make sure you don't run out of yarn before the end of the hat, you would switch your yarn leads after row 32. When you started, you were using 2 strands from Ball A and 1 strand from Ball B. After row 32 you would tak eone strand from Ball A and two strands from Ball B. Hope this helps! -TJV

Do you really want me to add three strands together to make this hat in worsted wool, bulky? I'm not sure this is right.
