What are you most proud of? I loved learning the quilted lining technique.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Follow Lorna's steps carefully and you will be thrilled with what you've created. Fabric selection is key. A lofty boucle works best so that the quilting stitches sink in and become invisible.

Absolutely stunning jacket! Your choices of pattern, fabric as well as your ability to properly fit the jacket are brilliant. Did you make your own custom trim? If so, it is a wonderful touch!

Beautifully done. Very feminine. I have not taken this class. How did you make the closure for this jacket? Is that covered in the class?

I used jacket hooks inserted between the boucle and lining fabrics. I don't believe Lorna covers this in her class however it is very easy to do and the most professional looking method without having to attempt buttonholes.
