What was your inspiration?
I love owls - and used to collect them - and when I saw this kit available - I knew i had to buy it and make a quilt using it!
What are you most proud of?
How cute they all look together - even if they aren't all perfect (one's beak is actually upsde down -LOL )
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be patient - the appliques can be a little complex to deal with (tracing them out - and being sure they face the correct way when using the heat 'n bond fusible) - especially if you haven't done applique work before...but read the directions fully before beginning..and then, as always..have fun!
