The Happy Quilt

Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Art Quilting 101: Design Basics »

Instructions

This was Sew much fun!

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Home

Materials

Fat quarters, yarns, embroidery threads

What was your inspiration?

Wendy Butler Berns and all of the great art quilters here on Craftsy! You guys totally rock and every time that I drop in, I am totally blown away by the art that all of you create!

What are you most proud of?

No pattern, no templates. All out of my head and it just makes me happy. I think that I will take it to work to be my "escape" during the work week!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This type of quilting is so much fun!

fun to display your little piece at work.... just do not let it distract you and start you dreaming about new quilt ideas while at work!!!

Thank you! This was a really fun project and I liked it so much that I took it to work and hung it on my office door so that when I need a smile, there it is!
