What was your inspiration?
quilt patterns from the past. Anything scrapy
What are you most proud of?
128 blocks total. No 2 alike. I had to add some others to make it fit my bed. So I found 17 more blocks that were appropriate. It fits my queen size bed. This was hand quilted by my mother using black thread. And it also took home a blue ribbon at the Oregon State Fair.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure your templates print out at the right size to make a 6" finished block.
