What was your inspiration?
My friend had a baby and went with a Star-Wars theme. I have never made baby-related items, but thought that this would be fun and simple. I looked online for patterns and didn't like what I saw. I don't have kids but I know that I would want something that folded up with one hand. So I designed this pattern with that in mind.
What are you most proud of?
Wow...figuring out how to do the inside corners with the double-fold bias tape. That was a challenge!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The double-fold bias (inside corners) took some work. I had a scrap the I practiced on.
