What are you most proud of? I love the lace work, shows up best on the back. We had a break in the rain so ran outside to take some photos, and boy was it sunny.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just go for it, Don't be afraid to unpick. I've been thinking: I belive the crew neck on my chest has the same effect as a V neck, but I think I prefer the look. Next time I fancy trying an edging rather than the rib at the neck line. There's a gorgeious 'ribbed flounce 'on page 118 of 'The very easy guide to lace knitting' by Lynne Watterson. I might be giving that a go - especially as I still have more balls of the Stylecraft Aran to play with!

Thank you, it's really ashame - I'm so please with it I don't wear it, I feel it's a piece of art work rather than a cardigan! I must do another in cream as it really shows the lace effect well. Then I might actually start wearing this.

It is really lovely. I love the gauge, yarn, and the stitches. You are right. It is a work of art. You must wear it once in a while. It's really stunning.
