What was your inspiration?

The classic style and the techniques taught in this class.

What are you most proud of?

This garment is one of the best projects I have completed. I gained a lot of confidence working thru this class.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take your time and pay attention to the fitting. I did three fittings before I was satisfied. I purchased a dress form to assist and it was worth the effort.

to Shelly52 - this course requires patience,and willingness to do hand stitching, No short cuts. The dress form solved my fitting issues and I would recommend one for any body making clothes for themselves. Be sure to get one that can adjust to your measurements.
