The blocks reminded us of the shields worn in the Crusades, hence the name, The Color Crusades. Fun to make, now on to how do I want to quilt it?

I like your color scheme too. I'm doing similar. Got about 8 rows don't, had my knee replaced, and now trying to heal and get back to it. Not sure how I'll quilt it yet. Maybe ditch.
