What materials did you use? I was invited to make a small Dr. Seuss quilt as a fundraiser for the Mingei Museum in Balboa Park in San Diego. We were asked to use Dr Seuss fabric in the quilt, and the quilt will be auctioned off at their 35th Anniversary celebration.

What are you most proud of? I was delighted to have been invited to participate in this fundraiser for one of my favorite museums, and was happy with how the quilt came out.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself permission to take a pattern and just play around with some different ideas and settings. Have a little fun with some unusual fabrics!
