What are you most proud of? I have been reluctant to try bobbin work. This project seemed to lend itself to it, so I tried it. The fan stitch did not turn out as well as I would have liked, but the others did turn out quite well. I am really glad I tried this technique on this project. I now have the confidence to use it in other projects.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a wonderful way to learn what your machine can do while creating a work of art. It is a great project for thinking out of the box.

Love it! I'm glad you tried some bobbin work because this is a great project to get comfortable with working upside down -- since you CAN'T make a mistake!

Lovely! I grew up around Park Lake - nice to see the work of a fellow Albertan,
