What was your inspiration?
I've always really liked comic book art and Roy Lichtenstein. I did this painting in 2009, and each time I look at it I love it, but also see improvements that could be made I can't decide if I should readjust its flaws, or let it be a memory of past.
What are you most proud of?
I like her hair. The shine isn't totally convincing (the impressionist part of me peeking through) but I love the color.
