You can use any jumper pattern for this. If the pattern doesn't call for a lining make one anyway. The jumper will hang better, be warmer and be reversable. It's actually easier to line a garment than to make the facings you'd have to make otherwise.Difficulty:

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you want a jumper to be reversable put the buttonhole on the strap & buttons on both sides of the jumper front. And use bias binding on the bottom edge instead of a hem. I made my own from coordinating fabric. It's easy to do.
