Materials

The ribbon is made of hand dyed silk in tones of earthy greens with fine blue stitching on the outer edges. Lovely and soft. One large lampwork bead of clear cool bluish green with accents of silver is at the center of the silk ribbon. Its accompanied by 2 Karen Hill Tribe silver beads from Thailand and 2 smaller lampwork beads of brilliant Caribbean blue which goes wonderfully with the blue stitching on the ribbon.

What was your inspiration?

I really love this style of jewelry, it's very versatile as it can be worn as a bracelet, a necklace or even an ankle bracelet. I also really wanted to create something that can be worn for different occasions whether it be casual or as a splash of colour for that night out in that little black dress. Yet comfortable enough and not too elaborate that it can be worn while doing yoga or dance.
