Materials
For the adult, I suggest a worsted wt. wool. Hat shown uses Gems Topaz by LOUET, 100% machine washable Merino wool, Color A - 1 50gr ball, Color B - 1 100gr/175yds skein Color C - 1 50gr ball (For the childs; I suggest the same amount of yarn in a sport wt. wool. Hat shown uses Gems Sport by LOUET)
What was your inspiration?
i was playing around with texture and swirls. Using only one color to create a design.
What are you most proud of?
the shape of this hat. and how the swirls pull in the contrasting colors to create a scalloped edge.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
don't knit with distractions til you understand the pattern.
