Instructions

This was a modification of the Manos Silk project I had done earlier. I wanted to make a more of a fall jacket, with comfortable room to wear long sleeves under.

What was your inspiration?

I had loved working with Manos silk, and really liked the pattern for versatility for us ladies of rubenesque features. It wasn't quite as easy to adjust to this particular yarn and I often hesitated continuing, but I have a friend for whom this turned out to be absolutely perfect.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Once again, knitting the whole bodice in one piece is an undertaking, but once you get the project going, you have less to sew at the end, and the project completes surprisingly fast.
