What was your inspiration?
I loved the fabric - so bright and cheerful!
What are you most proud of?
This was the first quilt I finished that I pieced...I learned how to make 9 patches the quick way and how to make sure the seams met. I am really happy about the way it came together and the finished product.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It takes a lot of time to cut the pieces, so be ready for that...and be sure to read all the directions first to understand the flow of cutting and getting ready to sew. Chain stitch as much as possible.
