Teeny tiny duck!

Pattern Info

This project was designed by Stacey Trock.
Info can be found at:

Amigurumi Mal the Tiny Duck »

Instructions

I used laceweight yarn (even though the pattern calls for worsted), and just used a smaller hook to accommodate. You can use any size hook/yarn!

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Toy

For: Children

Style: Cute, Whimsical

Materials

100% wool laceweight yarn, 2 seed beads for eyes, polyester stuffing

What was your inspiration?

I had some leftover Madeline Tosh Laceweight yarn in the color 'Edison Bulb', which always makes me super-happy... so I gave it a try in duck-form!

What are you most proud of?

I didn't have any orange laceweight, so I took a ply out of an orange worsted weight yarn. Worked like a dream!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Working with laceweight takes some getting used to, but you can do it!
